A service offer

AI-assisted SEO audit.

You grant read-only access. I hand back a prioritized fix list.

No discovery calls to get started and no 40-page PDF of tool exports. You point me at the scope you want audited — a domain, a subfolder, a Search Console property, a CMS collection — and I run it through an AI-assisted analysis pipeline that a human operator reviews before it ships. What you get back is ranked by revenue impact, not by severity color.

Who it's for

Sites that have grown faster than their upkeep.

Most sites I look at aren't broken. They're just carrying a decade of decisions nobody revisited — orphaned pages from an old launch, three URLs competing for the same term, a migration that quietly dropped canonical tags, thin category pages absorbing crawl budget that should be going to the ten pages that actually convert.

A traditional audit finds all of that and then hands you a spreadsheet with 800 rows sorted by error type. That's a data dump, not a decision. The hard part isn't finding issues — modern tooling finds them in minutes. The hard part is knowing which twelve to fix first, what each one is worth, and who on your team can actually ship it.

That's the part I do. My background is revenue operations, so I read a site the way I read a pipeline: where is the leak, what does it cost, and what's the cheapest intervention that closes it. The AI layer handles the volume. The prioritization is mine.

How access works

Pick the depth you're comfortable with.

Every audit runs on at least a public crawl. Each additional read-only connection you grant makes the output sharper — because the analysis stops guessing at intent and starts using your actual query and behavior data. You can pick one, two, or all three.

Level 1 · no credentials

Sitemap & public crawl

You give me a domain and a sitemap URL. I crawl what any search engine can reach — nothing private, no login required.

  • Indexability, canonicals, redirect chains, status codes
  • Titles, meta, headings, schema, internal link graph
  • Core Web Vitals field & lab data, render-blocking assets
  • Duplicate and thin-content clustering

Level 2 · read-only OAuth

Google Search Console

You add my service account as a restricted (read-only) user on the property. Revoke it in two clicks whenever you like.

  • 16 months of query, click, impression, and position data
  • Pages ranking 5–20 — the cheapest wins on the whole site
  • Cannibalization: which URLs are fighting each other
  • Coverage and indexing exclusions Google actually reports

Level 3 · scoped read token

CMS API

A read-scoped token for WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, HubSpot, or a headless CMS — content objects only, never write or admin scopes.

  • Field-level audit across every post, product, and template
  • Publish dates and staleness scoring at full catalog scale
  • Taxonomy and template-level patterns, not page-by-page guesses
  • Fix list mapped to the exact records your team edits

How credentials are handled

  • Read-only, always. I never request write, publish, billing, or user-management scopes.
  • Never through this form. The form captures your request only. Tokens and keys are exchanged afterward through an expiring encrypted link, or you invite my service account directly in your own dashboard.
  • Scoped to what you name. If the scope is one subfolder, that's all that gets crawled or queried.
  • Deleted on delivery. Access is revoked and credentials destroyed within 7 days of the report shipping — or immediately, if you ask.
  • Your data isn't training data. Analysis runs through API endpoints with training and retention disabled. Nothing is used to improve a model.

The process

Request to report, without a sales cycle.

  1. You submit the scope Domain, page-count estimate, which access levels you're granting, and what you're actually trying to move — traffic, leads, revenue, or a safe migration. Takes about three minutes. Same day
  2. I confirm the quote and send the access kit A flat quote based on your real page count once I've verified it against your sitemap, plus step-by-step instructions for each connection you chose — including the encrypted link for anything sensitive. Nothing bills until you approve. Within 1 business day
  3. The pipeline runs Crawl, API pulls, and normalization into one dataset, then AI analysis across four layers: technical health, on-page and content quality, information architecture and internal linking, and query-level opportunity. Every finding gets a projected impact and an effort estimate. 2–6 business days
  4. I review before you see it This is the step that separates this from a tool subscription. I pressure-test the AI's conclusions, kill the false positives, and rewrite the priority order around your stated goal and your team's actual capacity to ship. Included
  5. You get the report and a walkthrough A prioritized action plan, the raw data behind it, and a 45-minute recorded walkthrough so the people doing the work hear the reasoning — not just the ticket. Day 5–10

What you get

Six deliverables, every tier.

Scope and depth scale with your page count. The shape of the deliverable doesn't.

  • Prioritized action plan Every finding scored on projected impact against implementation effort, then ranked. The top ten are written as tickets your developer can pick up without a translation layer.
  • Technical health report Crawlability, indexation, canonical and redirect logic, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and mobile parity — with the specific URLs affected, not just counts.
  • Content & query opportunity map Where you rank 5–20 and could realistically reach the top 3, which pages cannibalize each other, and which content is decaying and worth a refresh over a rewrite.
  • Architecture & internal linking Click-depth analysis, orphaned pages, and a concrete internal-link plan that pushes authority toward the pages tied to revenue.
  • Raw dataset The full normalized crawl and API export as a spreadsheet. It's your data — you keep it, and you can hand it to any agency for a second opinion.
  • Recorded walkthrough 45 minutes on screen going through the findings and the reasoning, so the report survives contact with your team instead of dying in a shared drive.

After the audit

A plan is only worth what gets shipped.

Roughly half of audits end with a team that agrees with the findings and has no capacity to act on them. If that's you, there are three ways to keep going — all optional, none bundled into the audit price.

Fix sprint

From $3,500 · one-time

I implement the top-priority fixes myself, in your stack — technical corrections, metadata and schema at scale, internal linking, redirect cleanup, template changes. Fixed scope, fixed price, before-and-after measurement included.

Optimization retainer

From $2,400 / month · 3-month minimum

Continuous execution against the roadmap: monthly priorities, content briefs and refreshes, technical monitoring, and a dashboard that reports against the baseline the audit established. Cancel with 30 days' notice.

Advisory & team enablement

$350 / hour · or $2,800 per workshop

You have the people, you want the judgment. Sprint planning, code and template review, hiring and vendor evaluation, or a working session that teaches your team to run the next audit in-house.

Audit credit: engage a fix sprint or a retainer within 30 days of delivery and 100% of the audit fee is credited against the first invoice. The audit shouldn't be a toll booth on the way to the work.

Questions

The things people ask first.

If AI does the analysis, what am I paying you for?

Judgment and accountability. AI is genuinely excellent at processing thousands of URLs and spotting patterns no human would catch by hand — and it is unreliable at knowing which of those patterns matters to your business. It will confidently flag a canonical setup that's intentional, or rank a 40-millisecond load improvement above a page that's cannibalizing your highest-converting term. I review every finding before it ships, kill the false positives, and reorder priorities around your goal and your team's real capacity. You're paying for the filter, not the crawl.

Why not just buy a tool subscription for $130 a month?

You should, if you have someone to interpret it. Semrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog will hand you the same underlying data I start from. The gap is that a tool outputs 800 issues sorted by severity and no opinion about sequence, cost, or business impact. If nobody on your team has time to turn that into a plan your developer can execute, the subscription becomes a monthly reminder that you have problems.

Is read-only access actually safe?

Read-only means read-only: I never request write, publish, billing, or user-management scopes, and any grant you make is revocable from your own dashboard in seconds. Nothing sensitive goes through the form on this page — you either invite a service account yourself, or you use an expiring encrypted link I send you. Credentials are destroyed within seven days of delivery, or immediately on request. Your data never becomes training data.

What if I don't know my page count?

Estimate high and submit. I verify against your sitemap and crawl before quoting, and if you land in a lower tier than you guessed, you pay the lower tier. Nobody gets billed for pages that don't exist.

Can you also fix what you find?

Yes — a fixed-scope fix sprint, an ongoing optimization retainer, or hourly advisory if you'd rather your own team ship the work. If you engage within 30 days of delivery, the entire audit fee is credited against your first invoice. There's no obligation either way, and I'd rather deliver an audit you take to someone else than pad a report to manufacture a retainer.

Do you work with agencies?

Often. White-label audits for agency clients are available at Tier 2 and above, with your branding on the deliverable and no client contact from me. Say so in the notes field and I'll quote it that way.

What happens if the audit finds nothing worth fixing?

It hasn't happened yet, but the terms are simple: if I can't identify at least three findings with a credible path to measurable impact, you don't pay. I'd rather refund an audit than defend a report I don't believe in.

Not ready to submit?

Ask me a question first.

Happy to look at your site and tell you honestly whether an audit is the right spend right now — sometimes the answer is that you already know what's wrong and need execution instead.
